The exit access went through a room that could be locked, to reach an exit or exit discharge:    a. Grocery storage area - On or about April 12, 2017, the employer failed to ensure that the emergency exit routes leading to the exit door was clear of all storage, trash and debris to allow easy access during fire or other emergency events.
