29 CFR 1926.501(a)(2): The employer did not determine that the walking/working surfaces on which its employees are to work have the strength and structural integrity to support employees safely. Employees were allowed to work on those surfaces when the surfaces did not have the requisite strength and structural integrity.  On about 4/11/2017, at the jobsite at 5237 Thrust Ave, Saint Louis, MO 63120, employees were exposed to fall hazards as a result of an unstable roof.  The ground to eave distance was approximately 11 feet.
