29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    a) 1336 Bristol Pike, Bensalem, PA - On or about 4/20/17, employees are performing roof coating work on a steeply pitched roof, approximately 15 feet above grade, without utilizing fall protection.    Guzzo Stucco was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 950677 , citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 2/3/14, with respect to a workplace located at 2310 Schoenersville Road Bethlehem, PA.
