29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:    On or about April 21, 2017, employees were exposed to being struck by hazards.  The employees were performing framing activities on a new residential home located at SL 48 Rock Glen, Strongsville, Ohio 44136.  Two employees were using air powered nail guns without wearing safety glasses.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b).    On or about April 21, 2017, employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 21 feet.  The employees were performing framing activities on a new residential home located at SL 48 Rock Glen, Strongsville, Ohio 44136.  The employees were working on all areas of the roof without wearing any form of fall protection.
