Kingfisher Circle, Sioux Falls SD, 57106:  On and prior to April 17, 2017, the exposing employer did not ensure each employee on a walking /working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  Employees were installing roof structural members while standing on the wood structure without the use of a fall protection system. This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazard of approximately 9ft.
