29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    a)  At 229 Dozier Dr. Troy, Alabama:  On or about April 24, 2017 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to work from a balcony without fall protection exposing the employees to a fall hazard of 12.4 feet to the ground below.       THE SOUTHERN FLOOR SYSTEM, INC.,  WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(1)  WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1013693 CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON AUGUST 1, 2015, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 160 NORTH ROSS STREET, AUBURN, ALABAMA.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv):   The details of the hazard communication program developed by the employer, did not include an explanation of the labels received on shipped containers and the workplace labeling system used by their employer; the safety data sheet, including the order of information and how employee could obtain and use the appropriate hazard information:   a)  At 229 Dozier Dr., Troy, Alabama: On or about April 24, 2017 and at times prior; the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards to include but not limited to detail sealant and liquid adhesive in that employees were not provided the new information and training on the UN Global Harmonized System (GHS) to include Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
