29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employee(s) working in an aerial lift were not standing firmly on the floor of the basket:  On or about April 25, 2017, and at times prior thereto, two employees used a Werner 20 foot extension ladder from the inside of an elevated Genie Aerial Lift, the ladder was used so the employees could reach higher area to install window sealant.
