29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level shall was not protected from falling to that lower level:  a) 60 Old Worcester St., West Boylston, MA: On or about April 24, 2017, an employee was observed working from a ladder jack scaffold plank, more than 12 feet above the ground below, and was not protected from falling to that lower level.   Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).
