Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest.  a) 37 Paterson Ave Clifton NJ, 07014, upper level of the structure. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet while engaged in framing work without fall protection means, on or about 4/18/17.
