29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use.      On the south side of the construction site, an employee standing on a wooden platform drilling a hole in a steel post was elevated by JLG forklift that was not approved by the forklift manufacturer and exposed to fall hazard.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2)(i): Employees were not trained, as necessary, by a competent person qualified to recognize the nature of fall hazards in the work area.    On the south side of the construction site, the employer did not ensure that the employees using a wooden platform elevated by JLG lift was trained to recognized and correct hazards associated from falls.
