29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv): Flexible cords and/ or cables were used for purposes prohibited by paragraphs (A) through (F) of 29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv):  a) Target Precision, LLC- On or about April 27, 2017, and at times prior thereto, a flexible cord was being utilized to power items including, but not limited to, the refrigerator;    b) Target Precision, LLC- On or about April 27, 2017, and at times prior thereto, a flexible cord being utilized to power items including, but not limited to, the refrigerator, was run through a doorway to an electrical outlet in the shop.    c) Target Precision, LLC- On or about April 27, 2017, and at times prior thereto, a flexible cord, being utilized to power items including, but not limited to, the refrigerator, was attached to the surface of the shop wall.

29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2): Each exit was not clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit":  a) Target Precision, LLC- On or about April 27, 2017, and at times prior thereto, an "Exit" sign was not installed at the south door located in the west bay of the shop.
