Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).

The anti-retract limit switches were overridden allowing the compaction ram to be overextended and still retract in the automatic position exposing employees to caught between hazards from the back side of the ram and hydraulic ram access panel lid.    a) Lodal EVO MAG 20CN, #646, Anti-retract switch tied back with plastic cable ties (zip ties).  b) Lodal EVO MAG 20CN, #640, Anti retract switch tied back with plastic cable ties (zip ties).    Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).
