OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):  The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to the hazards associated with being crushed or struck by falling objects:    Seed Room:  The commercial steel storage racks used to store pallets of seed were not maintained to prevent collapse of the racks.  Deficiencies included, but were not limited to:    a) Loading capacity of the triple storage racks had not been determined and racks labeled accordingly.  On or about April 25, 2017, triple storage rack #121 that had approximately 18,000 pounds (lbs.) of seed stored on it collapsed.    b) Bottom portions of the columns of storage racks #73/#74, and rack #61 were damaged.    c) The right columns of storage rack #112 that stored pallets of seed were not anchored to the floor.
