29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure.     Fox Cities Roofing Inc. project site located at 519 Hazel St. Oshkosh, WI: On and about April 28, 2017, employees reroofing a two story, steep pitch house were exposed to falls when:    A) Two employees pulling OSB sheeting onto the roof were not connected to lifelines;    B) Personal fall arrest system anchors were installed with one roofing nail on each side of the ridge.    Fox Cities Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.502(d)(6)(iii)/.502(d)(15)/.502(d)(16), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 985394, citation number 1, item number 1A/B/C and was affirmed as a final order on , with respect to a workplace located at 1100 Marshall St. Manitowoc, WI 54220.      Fox Cities Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 460714, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on , with respect to a workplace located at 5370 Creekside, Lacrosse, WI 54601.
