29 CFR 1917.50(a): The employer used a material handling device listed in 29 CFR 1917.50(c) before ascertaining that the device had been certificated, as evidenced by current and valid documents attesting to compliance with the requirements in 29 CFR 1917.50(b).    6778 River Rd, Hebron, KY - On or about 5/1/17 equipment, including but not limited to,  the CAT 345C Excavator and the LC 3003 Crane were not certificated as required and were in use.   In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
