OSH ACT of 1970 Section 5(a)(1):  The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing for likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to burn hazards from propane gas:    On or about 5/2/2017, at the above addressed job site, employees were exposed to burn hazards while dispensing propane gas from a propane truck with a defective swivel connector.    PLEASE NOTE: DOCUMENTATION AND CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
