29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    a)  At 6787 M Foley Beach Express, Gulf Shores, Alabama:  On or about May 3, 2017 and at times prior; the controlling employer Oil Equipment Company, Inc., failed to ensure that its sub-contractor George Connell Roofing protected its employees from fall hazards, while performing roofing activities on a high slope roof exposing them to a fall hazard of 14.7 feet to the ground below.
