29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a)  1515 South University Blvd Mobile, Al:  On or about May 03, 2017, and at times prior; the employer failed to ensure their exposed employees were using fall protection while performing roofing activities such as but not limited to waterproofing, exposing them to a fall hazard of up to twelve (12) feet to the concrete ground below.
