29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:     Jobsite located at 50 White Rock Drive, Windsor, Connecticut:  On, or about, May 4, 2017, an employee was not protected against fall hazards while installing shingles on a garage roof.  The fall distance was measured to be nine feet, five inches to the ground below.
