29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):       (a) Soto Professional Construction LLC at 4049/4051 Osage St., Denver, CO 80211:  On and before April 6, 2017 the exposing employer did not ensure each employee was protected from injury, in that employees framing the 2nd and 3rd levels of a residential duplex building were not utilizing a fall protection system.  This condition exposed employees to fall hazards ranging from approximately 25 to 12 feet.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4):  Ladders were used for purposes other than the purposes for which they were designed:      (a)    Soto Professional Construction LLC at 4049/4051 Osage St., Denver, CO 80211: On and before April 6, 2017 the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that employees used a 6-foot step ladder to access the 3rd level of the residential duplex building.  This condition exposed the employee to a fall hazard ranging from approximately 25 to 12 feet.
