29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets.    a. On or about May 08, 2017, employees engaged in construction activities at the above referenced worksite were working from ladders and scaffolding. Ground personnel were not provided personal protective equipment to protect against falling / flying debris. Employees were thereby exposed to struck-by hazards.     There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
