29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. On or about May 9, 2017, the employer did not ensure employees installing roofing materials on a commercial structure were in use of fall protection, exposing employees to a fall greater than 6 feet to the ground below.
