29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazard(s) created by rotating parts: On or about May 4, 2017, in the Sawmill building, a Craftsman 1/4 HP abrasive wheel bench grinder, model #39719400 was not provided with a side guard on the right side of grinder exposing employees to rotating parts such as flange, nut and spindle. Employee's used the bench grinder to clean threads with a wire wheel there by exposing the employee to a caught in hazard.
