29 CFR 1910.37(b)(6): Each exit sign was not illuminated to a surface value of at least five foot-candles (54 lux) by a reliable light source and be distinctive in color:      a. On or about May 11, 2017, at the warehouse area, an illuminated exit sign directing path towards the middle door was not operational.    NOTE:  Certification of abatement must be submitted for this citation item as required by 29 CFR 1903.19(c).

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:    On or about May 11, 2017,  at the kitchen area, electrical service panels were not readily accessible as follows    a. Four electrical service panels had a garbage bin and wheeled metal cart placed below them.     b. One electrical service panel had a food preparation metal table placed below it.     c. Two stove electrical disconnect safety switch panels had a food preparation metal table placed below them.     NOTE 1:  Certification of abatement is not required for Instance a of this citation item as abatement was documented by the compliance safety and health officer during the inspection.      NOTE 2: Certification of abatement must be submitted for Instances b and c of this citation item as required by 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
