29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: (a) Sunland Investment, LLC at 301 7th St. S, Rifle, CO 81650: On or before May 11, 2017 the employer did not provide pool maintenance employees with suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body. Maintenance employees used corrosive chemicals such as pool shock containing calcium hypochlorite and 3-inch tablets containing trichloro-s-triazinetrione while maintaining the pool. This condition exposed employees to the risk of permanent damage to the eyes.
