29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure:    On or about June 16, 2017, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 6 feet to the ground level below, while attaching shingles to the roof of an apartment complex parking space roof without the use of fall protection equipment.
