Abatement note: Among other feasible means of abatement would be to provide training for employees in excavation safety and/or a competent person training course to ensure the designated competent person has the ability to conduct daily inspection of excavations for evidence of collapse, deficiencies in protective systems, and other hazards employees may be exposed to.
