29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:    On or about May 16, 2017, employees were exposed to struck by hazards. The employees were performing roofing activities on an existing residential home located at 4547 Brunnerdale, Canton, Ohio 44718.  Employees were working on the ground under the employees on the roof without wearing protective helmets.

The employees were performing roofing activities on an existing residential home located at 4547 Brunnerdale, Canton, Ohio 44718.  Employees were using air powered nail guns without wearing safety glasses.

On or about May 16, 2017, employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 9 feet.  The employees were performing roofing activities on an existing residential home located at 4547 Brunnerdale, Canton, Ohio 44718.  Employees were working on the roof without using any form of fall protection.
