Employees were required to wear 3M half face respirators with HEPA filters or 3M N95 filtering face piece masks for these tasks.

29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace: (Construction Reference 1926.103)(a)   Jobsite;  On or about 5/17/17, the employees required to wear a respirator, when scraping lead paint, were not provided a medical evaluation prior to wearing the respirator.  Employees wore either 3M half face masks with HEPA filters or 3M N95 filtering face piece respirators for these tasks.
