29 CFR 1926.502(d)(15): Anchorages used for attachment of personal fall arrest equipment were not independent of any anchorage being used to support or suspend platforms and capable of supporting at least 5,000 pounds (22.2 kN) per employee.     Location:  a) On Northwest side of the building       On or about 05/11/17, an employee was removing fireproofing on the third floor, and was not protected from falling by a designed nor and anchorage system rated for 5000 pounds.
