29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation:   (a). Worksite located at 1304 Easton Ct., Liberty, Missouri- Employees were using pneumatic nail guns to put on shingling materials and were not wearing any means of eye protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a). Worksite located at 1304 Easton Ct., Liberty, Missouri- Employees were working on a steep roof while tearing off and putting on new shingling and were not protected from falling by the use of any means of fall protection.
