29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):  Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  a)  At 675 Kings Way, Auburn, Alabama:  On or about May 18, 2017 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to operate pneumatic nails guns without eye protection exposing them to struck-by hazards.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  At 675 Kings Way, Auburn, Alabama:  On or about May 18, 2017 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to walk the top of framed walls to perform framing activities without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 10.8 feet to the concrete floor below.
