29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  On or about 05/23/2017 at the 390 Park Avenue Solar Installation Project, employees were installing a solar energy system to the roof deck and no fall protection system was in use at the interior courtyard roof edges.  In addition, the warning line system in use at the exterior roof edges were not in compliance.
