29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest:  a) Senior Living Center at 4001 Bell Ave in Billings Montana: On May 24, 2017, and at times prior, employees were exposed to an approximate thirty foot fall hazard while installing asphalt shingles on a 4:12 pitch roof.  b) Senior Living Center at 4001 Bell Ave in Billings Montana: On May 24, 2017, and at times prior, as the controlling employer, Kohlman Construction and Roofs, did not ensure its sub contractor LP Roofs, protected their employees in that employees were exposed to an approximate thirty foot fall hazard while installing asphalt shingles on a 4:12 pitch roof.
