29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system:    On or about May 24, 2017 an employee walking/ working from the roof of a commercial building was not protected from a fall, exposing the employee to a 17.4 foot fall.    Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
