29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer shall provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:     On or about, May 25, 2017, employees were exposed to a fall hazard up to 11 feet while removing roofing material on a residential roof and the employees were not provided training which would have enabled them to recognize the hazards of falling and provided them with the procedures to follow to minimize the hazards.
