29 CFR 1926.302(c)(2): Fuel powered tools were used in enclosed spaces, without the applicable requirements for concentrations of toxic gases and use of personal protective equipment, as outlined in Subparts D and E of this part, being applied:    a) 3143 William Penn Highway, Easton, PA, Worksite - on or about May 25, 2017, employees were operating a gasoline powered concrete saw inside of an enclosed area without being provided local exhaust ventilation to expel the engine exhaust of the saw.      Abatement Note:  Among other feasible means of abatement, the application of local exhaust ventilation at construction worksites is outlined in 29 CFR 1926.57.
