29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.   On 5/8/2017, employees from English Sweep Inc. were working on the roof of a residential building located at 8 Greenbank Drive, Chesterfield, MO.  The exposed employees were engaged in tuckpointing work on a brick chimney structure approximately 10 feet above a lower level. The two employees were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system.  The employees were observed on the roof of the building without fall protection, exposing themselves to a fall to the ground below.
