Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).     Lombard Gun Shop & Range, Ltd. dba Article II Gun Range was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.1025 (h)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1236550, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 23, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 250 Cortland Ave, Lombard, IL. 60148.
