29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(i): Places of employment were not kept clean to the extent that the nature of the work allowed:  a) Building 575, in the foyer and kitchen - there was a black mold-like substance and moisture on the ceiling and walls, observed on or about 06/01/2017.  Prestige Home Centers, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(i) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 661818, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/2/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 575 N. Duncan Drive in Tavares, Florida.
