Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.   At the jobsite located 403 West Northview Avenue, Wentzville, Missouri,  on or about May 09, 2017, employee(s) for Sosa Roofing, LLC were observed removing shingles from the roof without protection from falling.  The fall distance was approximately 10 feet to the ground below.
