On or about June 7, 2017 at 4446 Briarcliff Dr. NE, Atlanta 30345:  Employees using equipment including but not limited to a circular saw and air pressure nail gun were exposed to struck-by hazards from nails, wood chips, and saw dust while operating nail guns and saws without using eye protection.
