The employees were exposed to a fall distance of approximately 9.00 feet on the south side of the single story structure.      M.E. Framing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 992749, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 8, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at Hamilton, Ohio.
