29 CFR 1910.37(b) (4): Signs were not posted along the exit access indicating the direction of travel to the nearest exit and exit discharge when the direction of travel to the exit or exit discharge was not immediately apparent:  a. 1870 Beaver Ridge Circle, Norcross, GA (Throughout Facility) - Employees were exposed to entrapment hazard. There were several designated, marked, and identified emergency exit routes and doors located throughout the facility which were hidden by numerous large stock items and other warehouse materials, which blocks the view of the exit routes, signs and doors.  There were no directional exit markings indicating the way to travel, on or about 06/07/17.

The 460V electrical control panel door and door locked was broken, where it does not closes to protect the employees from coming in contact with  the high voltage wires while accessing the baler control panel for control function of the baler, on or about 06/07/17.
