29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. 1) Jobsite: The employer did not ensure that an employee engaged in painting activities was using fall protection, exposing the employee to falls of approximately 35 feet.
