29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:     Employees were exposed to fall hazards when a personal fall arrest system was not provided to employees working above 6 feet framing new construction of storage units. This was most recently documented at 18765 US 69 Highway Lawson, MO 64062. Employees were framing a building without the use of any form of fall protection. Employees were walking on the pieces of wood as they were framing out additional areas above 6 feet when building storage units.
