29 CFR 1926.451(e)(1): Scaffold platforms that were more than two feet (0.6m) above or below a point of access, were not provided with a means of access: On or about April 25, 2017, at a building renovation site located on the corner of 10th and Broadway in Oklahoma City, OK, employees were observed climbing the end frames and cross braces to access and egress from a scaffold, exposing employees to the hazard of falls.
