29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) On or about May 26, 2017 and at times prior, an employee was exposed to approximately 20 feet fall hazard while working inside the basket of a boom lift. The employee was not wearing a fall restraint system and attached to the basket of the boom lift.
