29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles:       On or about Jun 6, 2017, at the job site employees were observed not wearing safety glasses while using hammers and pneumatic nail guns to perform framing operation on a duplex home.   Employees were exposed eye injury hazards.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):       On or about June 6, 2017, at the job site employees were observed performing framing operation on a two-story duplex home 6 feet or more above a lower level.  The employees were not wearing personal fall arrest and had no other type of fall protection system provided.  Employees were exposed to fall hazards.
