OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck-by/caught between hazards resulting in blunt force trauma injuries from roof truss collapses:  a.)  Charm Builders, LTD., 243 Three Springs Drive, Weirton WV:  On or about 06/14/17, trusses were erected and installed with no temporary lateral and diagonal bracing on the top chord, no interior web temporary diagonal bracing every 10 trusses, no temporary diagonal bracing on the bottom chord, and ground bracing was not installed with lateral braces.

Charm Builders, LTD., 243 Three Springs Drive, Weirton WV:  On or about 06/14/17, the employer did not report the hospitalization of two employees involved in the truss collapse which occurred on 06/13/17.
